The MyMedLab General Health Screen (GHS) provides a comprehensive evaluation of your current health status. It includes many of the same 30 tests that are typically used in a ParaMed blood draw.

The tests that make up the GHS are the same ones used by doctors to evaluate overall health (Electrolyte Balance, Kidney, Liver and Bone Health, Iron Level) as well as your risk for conditions like Diabetes and Heart Disease. Click the test name for more information.

When our General Health Screen is combined with additional tests specific to age, sex, and family history, it creates the custom Wellness Profiles you see on the left. This basic information is all your clients need to identify which profile provides the best evaluation of their risk for the common conditions associated with their specific group.

When your results are complete, usually within 24 hours, they are automatically uploaded into your secure MyMedLab Personal Health Record (PHR). The PHR is provided with every test we offer without any membership fees or subscriptions. It provides a single place to store your private health information like health history and medications alongside your lab results. It also provides a simple way to track changes in your health over time by letting you compare each individual result with past testing.
